Walter 'Ben' Owens, MA, MBA, is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving at Teradata since November 2021. As the Founder and President of One Way Out Jacksonville, LLC since September 2015, Walter has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Prior roles include Director of Customer Success at ReTech Labs, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Symphony Retail AI, and Director of Customer Success at Tanium. Walter's extensive experience also encompasses positions at Oracle, Cisco, Taleo, and Kell-Sibley Enterprises, where responsibilities ranged from client engagement to technical account management. Walter holds a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from The University of Memphis.
