IA Beradze possesses extensive experience in risk management and compliance, having worked in various roles since 2006. Currently serving as the Operational Risk & Compliance Risk Manager at TNET since December 2021, IA also holds the position of Internal Control Specialist and Customer Funds Acquisition Coordinator at FINCA Bank Georgia since September 2018. Prior positions include roles at TBC Ecosystem and Credo Bank, with a foundational career at ProCredit Bank. IA Beradze earned a Bachelor's degree in West European Languages and Literature from Tbilisi State University between 1998 and 2003.
