Peter Kurtz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1998 as an intern at The Criterion Collection, they gained early experience in the industry. From 2007 to 2010, Peter worked at Teq. Peter started as a Content & Multimedia Developer, responsible for creating learning objects and maintaining the corporate websites. Peter expanded their role, managing a team of six employees from various departments. In 2010, they transitioned into the role of Web and Interactive Media Manager, handling web project management, website operations, and front-end development. Peter also managed web, social, and email lead generation strategies, resulting in significant audience growth and increased open rates.

Since 2015, Peter has served as the VP of Marketing at Teq, overseeing multiple marketing initiatives and sales-enablement programs. Peter focuses on generating interest and demand for educational technology products, providing professional development tailored to the needs of schools and districts. Additionally, they create value for vendors by transforming account executives into knowledgeable ed tech consultants.

Peter Kurtz attended Chaminade High School from 1991 to 1995. Peter then pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Computer Graphics at Syracuse University from 1995 to 1999. In addition, they obtained the HubSpot Certification from HubSpot in April 2014 and became Inbound Certified from HubSpot in June 2013.
