Previously, Juan held roles including Local/Social Catering Sales Manager at The Peabody Orlando Hotel, where responsibilities included business development and market research, and Associate Director of Catering at Rosen Plaza Hotel, focusing on market trends and business evaluation. Early career experience includes recognition as a top-performing Sales Account Executive at South Star Funding, contributing significantly to sales growth. Juan holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
