Charles Arthur has extensive work experience in project management, specifically in the field of cultural resources and environmental projects. Charles started their career in 1995 at Woodward-Clyde as a Cultural Resources Specialist - Project Scientist. Charles then joined URS Corporation, an AECOM Company, in 2003 as a Senior Project Manager and continued in the same role until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at AECOM. Currently, Charles is working at Tepa Companies since 2016, first as a Senior Project Manager and later as a Program Manager.
