Marjo Mustonen serves as the Senior Vice President for Electricity Production at Teollisuuden Voima Oyj since May 1993, overseeing the Olkiluoto 1, 2, and 3 Nuclear Power Plants as the Responsible Director for both operation and construction. Mustonen has held various senior leadership roles within the company, including positions focused on safety, security, and nuclear safety, demonstrating extensive expertise in nuclear safety design, fuel cycles, and regulatory compliance. Additional experiences include serving as a Board Member at Fintraffic Raide from April 2021 to March 2023. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Energy Technology from LUT University, an eMBA from Tampere University of Technology, and leadership training from VIA Group, alongside a certification in Positive Psychology.
