Jaana Isotalo currently serves as an Executive Board Member at nucleareurope since January 2024 and has held the position of Senior Vice President for HR & Communication at Teollisuuden Voima Oyj since April 2015, overseeing various aspects of HR, communications, stakeholder engagement, and training. Additional roles include Executive Board Member at LähiTapiola since December 2018 and member of the executive board at Rauman Chamber of Commerce since January 2014. Jaana Isotalo has also acted as Chairperson of the Executive Board at Rauman hyvinvoinnin Walimo Oy from April 2018 to April 2023, and held leadership positions at JCI, Eurajoen Säästöpankki, and Pro Rauma Foundation. A former HR Manager at Posiva Oy and Training Specialist at IAEA, Jaana Isotalo holds a Master of Education Science from the University of Turku and additional qualifications in business administration and management.
