Ilkka Tykkyläinen serves as the CEO of Pohjolan Voima since August 2018 and holds dual roles as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board at Teollisuuden Voima Oyj, alternating every second year. Additionally, Ilkka is a Board Member for multiple organizations, including Viafin Service Oyj, Huoltovarmuuskeskus, and Nimlas Group AB. Prior to these roles, Ilkka was the CEO of Efora Oy, focusing on production equipment reliability and cost efficiency with a workforce of 950. Previous experience includes senior positions at ABB, managing service operations across various regions and leading telecom service production for Elisa Oyj. Academic qualifications include an EMBA from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu.
