David Burks possesses over 30 years of experience in sales and business leadership within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President Sales and Sales Operations for the Business Analytics Division at TEOCO since July 2020, David has held various senior positions, including Regional Business Unit Head for the Network Analytics Division in the Americas and Vice President for Emerging Markets. Prior roles include Vice President Americas at MYCOM OSI, Vice President for Africa at TEOCO, and Vice President for the Asia Pacific region at Orga Systems. David's extensive background also includes notable positions at IBM, Metasolv Software, CSG Systems, and British Telecom.
