Philipp Jäger is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and private equity. Currently involved in investments at Tenzing since April 2024, Philipp previously held the position of Investment Professional at EMH Partners from September 2022 to April 2024. Prior to that, Philipp served as an Investment Banking Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Houlihan Lokey within the Global Technology Group from December 2021 to September 2022, and at GCA Altium from January 2017 to December 2021, progressing from Analyst to Intern in M&A. Early career experience includes internships in M&A Advisory at Bankhaus Lampe KG, as well as roles at Deutsche Bank and PwC. Academically, Philipp holds a Master of Science in Finance from Esade and a Master of International Business from Queen's University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Augsburg.
