Ashley Pearson, MBA-HC, has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Ashley began their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative at U.S. Cellular. From there, they transitioned to the role of Retail Wireless Consultant, managing consumer and small business accounts and actively participating in the Diversity and Inclusion Council. In 2013, Ashley joined Melton Truck Lines as a Recruiting Team Lead and held this position for five years. Currently, they are employed at Tenstreet, LLC as an Account Manager, a role they assumed in 2018.

Ashley Pearson, MBA-HC, completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration at Langston University in 2014. Following this, they pursued further education and earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Health Care Management from Southern Nazarene University from 2015 to 2017.
