Previously, as Vice President of Finance at Brooks Automation, Erik managed business finance and FP&A for a $1B private company, overseeing financial planning, strategic planning, and reporting processes. Erik's tenure at Lam Research spanned over two decades, progressing from Senior Director of FP&A and Finance Systems to roles including Director of Business Finance and Head of Finance PMO, where significant contributions included leading a $3B merger integration and optimizing processes that resulted in a 50% reduction in cycle time.
