Steven Lesiak has a diverse work experience in finance and operations spanning over several companies and roles. Steven is currently serving as the VP of Finance & Operations at Tenpoint Therapeutics Ltd. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. Director of Finance & Operations at Valo. Before that, they were the VP of Finance & Administration at TARA Biosystems. Steven also worked as the Acting VP Finance at Prokaryotics, Inc. Additionally, they have held various roles at the Institute For Life Science Entrepreneurship (ILSE) including VP of Finance & Operations and Director of Finance & Operations. Steven Lesiak has also founded and owned their own business called Shadow Gallop. Steven has worked as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Montclair State University and held positions at Lux Biosciences, Inc., Agennix, and Johnson & Johnson.

Steven Lesiak has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MIT Sloan School of Management. Steven also holds a MA in I/O Psychology from Montclair State University. Steven obtained their B.S. & B.A. degrees in Accounting & Psychology from Rutgers University.
