Tiffani Toombs is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in research, community engagement, and policy development. Currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at the Tennessee Valley Authority, Tiffani supports the Connected Communities initiative through the nonprofit Three Cubed. Previous roles include Interim Facilitator for the African American Equity Restoration Taskforce and Grant Specialist for the City of Knoxville, focusing on solutions for Black community wealth restoration. Additional experience includes project management in healthcare solutions, account management for a financial services firm, and community analysis during the COVID-19 pandemic. Tiffani began their career as a youth community organizer and has held various positions that leverage research and organizational skills. Academic background includes a degree from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
