Caroline Bays is a dedicated educator in the credit union sector, currently serving as the Director of Development and Engagement at the Tennessee Credit Union League since 2020. Earlier in their career, they were a Youth Program Director at Mars Hill Presbyterian Church and a Tutor and Supplemental Instructor at Cleveland State Community College. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Human and Health Performance from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and they also completed an Associate's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a perfect GPA at Cleveland State Community College. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Health and Wellness Coach at Sharecare in 2019. Currently, Caroline is furthering their education at the Southeast Regional Credit Union School.
