Lindsey Butler possesses extensive experience in instructional technology and design, currently serving as the Manager of Instructional Technology Systems at the Tennessee Board of Regents since August 2014, along with roles as an Adjunct Instructor at Dyersburg State Community College and previously as an Instructional Designer at The Johns Hopkins University and Lavender Dragon Team. Significant responsibilities include LMS administration, testing publisher integrations, and overseeing course development, while contributing to the administration of student information systems and new technology implementations. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Curriculum Development and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Memphis, as well as a B.S. in Information Technology from Middle Tennessee State University.
