Niek Vande Craen is a seasoned professional with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Lead at Tenneco since December 2023, Niek previously held the position of Project Leader Operational Excellence at Vynova Group from November 2021 to December 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Engineering Consultant with USG Professionals Belgium, specifically at DAF Trucks, from June 2018 to November 2021, and as a Junior Automation Engineer at Simac QuadCore B.V. from September 2017 to June 2018. Niek holds two master's degrees from KU Leuven, one in Management and another in Industrial Sciences with a focus on Electromechanics and Automation.
