Jackie Lill, CCP, currently serves as the Total Rewards Director and Executive Director of Compensation at Tenneco since July 2015, where responsibilities include leading global compensation strategy and administration across 44 countries and managing a team of eight. Promoted to Executive Director in 2020, Jackie originally joined Tenneco as a Director. Prior to this role, Jackie worked at Aon Hewitt for 15 years, holding positions as a Senior Compensation Consultant and Engagement Manager, where expertise involved advising on global pay projects and managing complex compensation engagements for Fortune 500 clients. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business with an emphasis in Marketing from Barat College of DePaul University.
