Brett Paulsen has a strong background in hardware engineering, with experience at multiple companies. Brett is currently working at Tennant Company as a Principal Hardware Engineer, starting in November 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Senior Hardware Engineer and Hardware Engineer II at Tennant Company, starting in January 2019 and April 2016 respectively. Before joining Tennant Company, Brett worked at Boston Scientific as an Electrical Engineer II from August 2015 to April 2016. Brett also worked at Danfoss Power Solutions as a Hardware Engineer from June 2011 to August 2015, and as an Electrical Engineer Intern from May 2010 to June 2011.

Brett Paulsen attended the University of Minnesota from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
