Jeffrey's career is marked by strategic leadership in post-COVID-19 operational management, capacity expansion, and factory design. With a solid academic foundation, including a Master's degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's degree in Naval Science and Political Science from Oregon State University, Jeffrey has successfully navigated diverse industries, including fashion and defense apparel.
