Karelle Brożyna is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently, Karelle serves as the Directrice ressources humaines Groupe at Tenexa since August 2022. Prior to this, Karelle held the position of DRH at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions from January 2015 to June 2022. As the founder of ConsultinGRH at Groupe Finaxim, Karelle specialized in supporting SMEs in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Earlier roles include Directeur des ressources humaines at CIS-Infoservices and Généraliste RH at OSIATIS, both in the digital services sector, as well as Coordinatrice RH at CAT Groupe. Karelle holds a Master 2 degree in Anticipation et Gestion des Emplois et des Compétences from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
