Kayla Buffa, MBA, currently serves as a Senior HR Specialist at Tenet Healthcare since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kayla worked at Southwest Network from July 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included staffing needs as a Human Resources Generalist and Talent Specialist, as well as providing case management services for individuals with dual behavioral and developmental diagnoses as a High Needs Case Manager. Kayla's earlier experience includes positions as Assistant General Manager and Shift Manager at CEC Entertainment from December 2014 to July 2020. Kayla holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Justice Studies from Grand Canyon University.
