Will Rivera has over 10 years of work experience in the IT industry. Will began their career in 2010 as an IT Support at Verizon. In 2011, they took on the role of IT Support Center Coordinator at Tampa General Hospital, as well as the role of Tier II IT Support at Senior Home Care Services, Inc. In 2012, they became a Systems & Security Engineer at DataComm Networks, Inc. In 2014, they moved to YourMembership.com as a Systems Engineer. In 2017, they joined Syniverse as a Sr. Cloud Automation/DevOps Engineer and R&D DevOps Engineer. In 2018, they were hired as a Sr. Google Cloud DevOps Engineer at PwC. In 2019, they worked as a Sr. Cloud/DevOps Engineer at SAP National Security Services (SAP NS2). Currently, Will is employed as a Cloud Architect at Tenerum, LLC, and a Sr. DevOps Engineer at Float.com.

Will Rivera obtained their High School Diploma from Alonso High in 2005. Will then went on to obtain several certifications from various institutions, including an MSCA from Microsoft in March 2014, a Watchguard CSP from WatchGuard Technologies in January 2014, a CCSE from Cisco in October 2013, a Storage Architect from Dell in October 2013, a VCP5-DCV from VMware in August 2012, a Net+ from CompTIA in April 2012, and a DCSE from Dell in August 2008.
