Christa Swickard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivery management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Sr Director at Tenerity since March 2021, Christa previously held the position of Director at cxLoyalty from October 2012 to March 2021, following the rebranding of Affinion Group where Christa worked as a Delivery Manager from April 2006 to June 2019. Prior to these roles, Christa accumulated significant expertise at Compuware, serving in various quality assurance positions, including Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, from March 1999 to August 2009, as well as positions at Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and Alliance Data. Christa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from DeVry Institute of Technology.
