C C. has extensive experience in financial evaluation and client relationship management, currently serving as an Evaluation Expert at RIFA since April 2015, focusing on the verification of financing requests and document preparation. Prior to this role, C C. was an Implementation Expert, responsible for verifying payment request files. From July 2004 to May 2015, C C. worked at BCR as a Corporate Relationship Manager, where responsibilities included customer communication, loan application preparation, and financial analysis for SME clients. Earlier experience includes a role as Payments Pre-authorisation Expert with an unspecified agency, with duties involving the review of tender documents and payment claims. C C. holds a Master's degree in Integration Economy and a degree in International Economic Relationships from the Faculty of Economics, complemented by secondary education at „ Mihai Eminescu ” National College.
