Ms. Siu Cheung has served as a Consultant for the Tenderloin Chinese Rights Association since June 2014, where responsibilities include mobilizing community members for public hearings and facilitating The Elderly Leadership Academy to educate elderly leaders on civic engagement. Additionally, Ms. Siu Cheung played a key role in organizing the inaugural elections for the association, achieving a remarkable 90% voter turnout among 47 residents. Concurrently, Ms. Siu Cheung has worked as a Community Outreach Coordinator for the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation since September 2009, contributing to community development and outreach initiatives.
