Marcelo Iricibar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, and project management within Tenaris, where responsibilities as Vice President of Business Development/M&A have been held since July 2006. Iricibar oversees the global initiative process, including identification, development, valuation, negotiation, and execution of M&A activities. Previous roles at Tenaris include Planning Director for the Southern Cone, Eastern Europe Project Director, and Country Manager for the UK. Prior to Tenaris, Iricibar held significant positions in Dalmine SpA and Siderca S.A.I.C. Marcelo Iricibar holds an MBA from IMD, a PMD from Harvard Business School Executive Education, and a degree in Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
