Serhii Shkvarok has four years of professional experience. Serhii began their career in 2014 as a student at Lviv QA School. In 2015, they joined Zoom Support as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, where they were responsible for troubleshooting operating system issues, solving hard cases, and handling customer complaints. In 2017, they became a QC Engineer at SoftServe. Currently, they are a Test Automation Engineer at TenantCloud.

Serhii Shkvarok attended Lviv Polytechnic National University from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained the degree of Specialist in an unspecified field of study.
