Wojtek Kosinski has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and web development field. Wojtek started their career as a Flash developer at Polish Virtual University in 2004 before moving on to work as a Frontend Developer at Enzo in 2005. In 2006, they worked as a PHP Developer at Centrum Internetowe and then became a Manager/Senior programmer at Chillifish. At Chillifish, they were responsible for developing and managing clients' websites and web-based services, as well as managing their office network setup.

In 2007, Wojtek co-founded MapVivo, a web startup focused on providing a web service for travelers. Wojtek took on the responsibility of server-side and back-end development.

In 2010, they worked as a web developer for both Monsoon Accessorize and TK Maxx. At Monsoon Accessorize, they maintained and developed their websites on the Venda ecommerce platform, while at TK Maxx, they rebuilt the entire website on the Venda ecommerce platform and developed custom Facebook applications.

From 2011 to 2013, Wojtek worked as a Senior Web Developer at Tempur Sealy International, where they supported multiple ecommerce websites and built web-based business applications. Wojtek then became the Head of eCommerce Operations - International at Tempur Sealy International, where they oversaw the operations of the company's international ecommerce activities. Currently, they are serving as the Director ECom Technology International at Tempur Sealy International, where they are involved in upgrading the ERP system and planning the technical strategy for the ecommerce platform while also growing their department and team.

Additionally, throughout their career, Wojtek has engaged in freelance web development, working with various clients to create websites and web applications.

Wojtek Kosinski obtained an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the London Business School in 2024. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Engineer Applications of Informatics from Politechnika Lubelska in 2002. Earlier, they earned an Engineer's degree in Electromagnetic Devices and Technologies from the same institution in 2000. In addition to their formal education, Wojtek has obtained various certifications in subjects such as Business Lessons, Ethical Hacking, Machine Learning, Critical Thinking, Artificial Intelligence, Strategic Thinking, and Elements of AI from institutions like Udemy, LinkedIn, and the University of Helsinki.
