Melissa Mendyk is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Engineer at Tempur Sealy International since August 2023, Melissa previously held various engineering roles at TE Connectivity from March 2014 to June 2022, including Sustaining Project Engineer and Staff Product Engineer. Additionally, Melissa was a Project Manager at RFMD (now Qorvo, Inc.) from September 2007 to March 2014, focusing on the coordination of business unit objectives with operations implementation. Earlier in their career, Melissa worked at Tyco Electronics from 1994 to May 2005, progressing from Product Engineer/Plastics Manufacturing Engineer to Sr. Plastics Manufacturing Engineer. Melissa earned a B.S. in Plastics from Ferris State University between 1990 and 1994 and graduated from St. Charles High School in 1990.
