Martha Caywood serves as Associate General Counsel at Tempur Sealy International since November 2015, having previously held the position of Director, Corporate Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney at Caywood & Associates, LLC from October 2011 to November 2015, specializing in Real Estate, Contract, and General Business Law, as well as Special Counsel at Brown Greer from 2010 to September 2011. Earlier roles feature Attorney & Director of Compliance at Concero Global from June 2008 to August 2009 and Associate Attorney at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP from 1992 to 1996. Martha Caywood earned a J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
