Jory Irving has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps and IT. Jory is currently working as a DevOps Engineer at Tempo Software since October 2022. Before that, they worked at BlackSquare Inc. from September 2021 to October 2022, where they played an instrumental role in designing, maintaining, and developing new features for a custom e-commerce and subscription-based solution for the Alcohol industry. Jory also integrated e-commerce solutions with Shopify and Stripe.

Prior to that, Jory worked at Cold Bore Technology from April 2021 to August 2021 as an SRE/DevOps/Software Infrastructure professional. Jory then moved on to ATB Financial, where they worked as an SRE/DevOps at Brightside by ATB from May 2019 to April 2021.

Before entering the field of DevOps, Jory gained valuable experience in IT End User Services and Desktop Solution Design. Jory worked at Repsol as an IT End User Services professional from November 2018 to May 2019, where they deployed and maintained corporate cell phones, assisted clients with various technical issues, and managed digital and IP desk phones.

Prior to that, Jory worked as a Desktop Solution Designer at Parkland Fuel Corporation from February 2018 to September 2018. In this role, they conducted manual inventory of desktop devices, designed deployment schedules, and deployed and maintained hardware, software, and group policy for affected users.

Jory's early work experience includes working at Repsol as a Mobility Architect/System Administrator from January 2014 to September 2017. In this role, they managed and administered an MDM solution for over 2000 devices, migrated users to a new MDM solution, and deployed and maintained packaged applications via SCCM 2012.

Overall, Jory Irving has a strong background in DevOps, IT End User Services, and Desktop Solution Design, with experience in various industries such as technology, finance, and energy.

Jory Irving attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Diploma in Computer Engineering Technologies/Technicians. Additionally, in April 2014, they obtained a certification in "Administering System Center 2012 Configuration Manager" from Microsoft.
