Eser Erdem has extensive experience in the field of payroll and personnel management, serving as Bordro ve Özlük İşleri Kıdemli Yöneticisi at Tempo Cagri Merkezi from March 2014 to May 2024. Prior to this role, Eser worked as an Uzman at Sisoft Healthcare Information Systems for a brief period in early 2014 and held a similar position at FONET Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. from May 2005 to December 2013. Eser is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems at Anadolu University, expected to be completed in June 2025, following a technical education in Electronics from Endüstri Meslek Lisesi, which was completed in June 2000.
