Erika Han serves as a Diversity, Equity, and Belonging Intern at Bimbo Bakeries USA, where responsibilities include developing strategies for engaging associates in DE&B communications and creating templates for diverse celebrations and events. As President of the Temple University Society of Human Resource Management, Erika leads executive board meetings and sets semesterly goals. In the role of Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Erika educates over 20 members weekly about workplace DEI topics and produces monthly newsletters. Additionally, Erika works as a Peer Tutor at Knack and previously held positions as a Hostess/Server at Panache Wood Fire Grill, managing guest relations and service in a busy restaurant environment. Erika is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and International Business at the Fox School of Business, Temple University, expected to graduate in May 2026.
