Troy Hagenbuch has held various positions in the manufacturing industry since 1989. Troy began their career at International Paper, where they held the role of Superintendent three times. In 2000, they moved to FiberMark as a Regional General Manager, responsible for two facilities in Quakertown PA and Reading PA. In 2014, they joined Cenveo Envelope Group as Regional Vice President - Wholesale and Quality Park Divisions and Vice President and General Manager. In 2017, they moved to Cenveo as Vice President and General Manager Cadmus Printing. Most recently, in 2020, they joined DS Smith as Regional General Manager. Currently, they are employed at TemperPack as SVP Operations and Engineering and Senior VP Engineering and Continuous Improvement.

Troy Hagenbuch received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University between 1985 and 1989. Troy also completed the Manufacturing Leadership Program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2011.
