Ruban Santhakumar has over 25 years of experience in software development and project management, with a significant tenure at Temenos since January 2008, where roles have included Associate Vice President - Product Development, Head - Development, Project Manager, and Project Leader. Prior to Temenos, Ruban Santhakumar held various positions at Finch Software India Pvt. Ltd from November 2003 to December 2007, advancing from Software Design Engineer to Team Leader. Earlier experience includes a role as Systems Executive at FI Sofex Ltd from December 1998 to March 2003. Ruban Santhakumar holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Madras Christian College, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
