Sheralee Urbano, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources, Training and Recruitment at OREMOR Automotive Group since February 2014, where responsibilities include directing HR initiatives, Payroll, Training, and Compliance, while developing business strategies to enhance productivity and financial results. In addition to this role, Sheralee holds the position of Human Resources Director across multiple automotive dealerships, including Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Ontario, Maserati of Ontario, Temecula Valley Toyota, Temecula Valley Lexus, Lexus of Woodland Hills, Galleria Chevrolet, Legacy Chevrolet GMC Waxahachie, Norwalk Auto Auction, and Star Shield Solutions, LLC, focusing on talent development, reducing turnover, and promoting upward career growth through various programs.
