Efrain Serrato has extensive experience in operations and logistics management, currently serving as the AM Operations Manager at Temco Logistics since June 2022. Prior to this role, Efrain worked at CORT from November 2013 to June 2022 as an Operations Manager, overseeing the efficient delivery of goods and directing production activities. Efrain's background also includes experience as a Production Lead, where responsibilities included driving a commercial truck and ensuring furniture was in acceptable condition prior to delivery. Efrain founded Shift Up Motorsports in October 2011, serving as Owner and CEO, and held the position of Shipping Manager at Advantage Performance Distributing, Inc. for four years. Earlier roles in warehouse and sales positions were held at companies such as White Brothers Racing, Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim, and KNI Inc. Efrain also served in the United States Marine Corps from 1991 to 1997. Efrain completed education at Anaheim High School.
