Jake Swapp has extensive experience in various technology and customer support roles, currently serving as the Lead Web Designer and Front End at Liverez since September 2014, where responsibilities include maintaining the LiveRez interface and providing support for QuickBooks. Prior to this, Jake served as a CBRN Specialist in the US Army from June 2009 to June 2022, focusing on military operations and professional development. Additional roles include Customer Tech Support at bMobile Technology, Valet at Dennis Dillon Auto Park, and Student Activities Coordinator at Treasure Valley Community College. Jake gained foundational technical skills as a Hand Solderer at Plexus Corp. and holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Treasure Valley Community College.
