Tasha Kapoor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and HR leadership across various regions. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management and Learning at Temasek since October 2022, Tasha leads a global team responsible for talent and learning initiatives across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Previously, Tasha held several key roles at GSK, including APAC and EMEA Talent, Performance and Projects Lead for Consumer Healthcare and HR Business Lead for the Southeast Asia & Taiwan Business Unit, where strategic responsibilities included leadership development and regional HR transformations. Tasha's career also includes significant positions at Baxter International Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers India, focusing on talent management, HR processes, and change consulting. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
