Jay Naik is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at TEMA INDIA LTD since November 2021, specializing in structural and transient thermal analysis for heat exchanger assemblies. Previously, Jay held the position of Design Engineer at TEMA INDIA LTD, focusing on mechanical design calculations for shell and tube heat exchangers in the refinery and petrochemical sectors. Prior experience includes roles in design and development at Banco Products (India) Ltd, and ESQUIRE IDEATION PRIVATE LIMITED, where Jay worked on cooling systems and industrial process equipment, respectively. Jay began the professional journey with an M.Tech in Machine Design Engineering from BIRLA VISHVAKARMA MAHA VIDHYLAYA and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from C. K. PITHAWALA COLLEGE OF ENGG. & TECH.
