Matt Keeling serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Tema ETFs since June 2022. Prior to this role, Matt held positions as CFO and COO at Bermont Advisors from January 2020 to October 2022, and as Fund Controller at both SV Health Investors and International Biotechnology Trust Plc between March 2018 and January 2020. Matt's earlier experience includes a managerial role at PwC UK from April 2013 to March 2018, with additional managerial experience at PwC South Africa in 2017. Matt started a career as a Recruitment Consultant at Spencer-Ogden and as a Medicinal Chemistry Analyst at GSK. Matt earned an MChem/BSc degree in Chemistry from the University of Leeds.
