Christeen Cereno

Process Design & Re-engineering Chapter Lead at Telstra

Christeen Cereno is an experienced professional in process management and quality improvement, currently serving as the Head of Process Management at Tonik since January 2022. Prior to this role, Christeen co-owned JC-Hoshi Food Ventures Inc. and held the position of AVP in the Credit Card Service Fulfilment Unit at BDO Unibank. Christeen has extensive experience in leading credit card process excellence and customer experience initiatives at Home Credit Philippines, where responsibilities included managing Lean programs and implementing significant process improvements in Human Resources. A Global Process Quality Specialist at Arvato Financial Solutions, Christeen developed delivery governance for financial and accounting operations and facilitated cross-regional collaboration. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Lyceum of the Philippines and a degree in E-Commerce Programming from STI College.
