Caroline Taich is an accomplished consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in strategic planning, leadership development, and change management. As President and Founder of Kirtland Consulting since 2016, Caroline collaborates with for-profit and non-profit leaders to shape and measure strategic initiatives. As a Senior Consultant at the telos institute, responsibilities include designing and delivering various coaching and consulting engagements. Prior experience includes Senior Partner at JumpStart Inc., focusing on entrepreneurial growth, and Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where involvement included collaborating with startups and managing significant operational strategies. Caroline holds an MBA in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a BS in Economics, Management, and Marketing from The Wharton School, and has also studied at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
