Eric Wallace has a varied work experience, beginning in 2011 with a role as a Crew Leader at Sokoloski Landscaping. In 2015, they began working as a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut, while also joining the United States Army as a Cadet. In 2018, they took on a Sales Intern role at Private Jet Services, and in 2019 they began working at Bandwidth Inc. as both a National Account Executive and a Sales Development Representative. In 2022, they accepted a role as an Account Executive at Telnyx.

Eric Wallace attended the University of New Hampshire, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Studies.
