Ana Madeira has worked in various roles throughout their career. Ana began their professional journey as a Customer Service Specialist at Silburn - Representacao Comercial, focusing on product sales, cashier duties, stock management, and store organization. Ana then transitioned to a role as a Business Assistant at JET e-business, where they provided administrative support to the Business & Sales team.

Ana's career then took a shift towards the field of marketing, starting as a Marketing Research Intern at Universidade de Ribeirão Preto. During their time there, they gained experience in market research, covering areas such as problem definition, research design development, data collection, data analysis, and report presentation.

After their internship, Ana worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, collaborating with various clients on projects such as advertisement/promotional assets, corporate identity, branding, and website development. Ana later took on the role of Marketing Coordinator at Smart Tech - Telecom, where they developed a strategic marketing plan to launch the company to the market and managed visual communication strategies.

Continuing their marketing career, Ana joined Estratégia Digital as a Social Media Coordinator. Their responsibilities included managing and optimizing online content across multiple platforms, brand reputation monitoring, consumer engagement, crisis management, content creation, and visual identity development for social media.

Ana then moved to Social Republic - Social Media and Engagement Marketing, working as a Social Media Manager. In this role, they planned and executed online strategies across platforms such as Orkut, Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, YouTube, and Blogs. Ana also engaged in brand reputation monitoring, consumer engagement, crisis management, content creation, and website development using WordPress.

Ana's next career move was becoming a Co-founder and Partner at Inova House, where they played a pivotal role in business development. Their responsibilities included nurturing client and supplier relationships, expanding the customer base, overseeing employee and supplier recruitment, managing a team of seven professionals, and implementing strategies to build a strong brand identity and unify communication channels. Simultaneously, they served as a Senior Art Director/Designer, leading art direction and conceptual design projects for print, web, and mobile interfaces.

Following their time at Inova House, Ana worked as a Freelance Designer, collaborating with clients on design projects. Ana then joined Telna as a Marketing Graphic Designer, later transitioning to the roles of Marketing Operations Specialist and Marketing Operations Lead.

Throughout their career, Ana has gained experience in a wide range of areas such as graphic design, marketing operations, social media management, market research, business development, and team management.

Ana Madeira has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Communication, Major in Advertising from Universidade de Ribeirão Preto, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Ana also has a Diploma in Business Foundations from Centennial College, obtained from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they completed a Post Grad in Advertising - Creative & Digital Strategy from Centennial College from 2018 to 2019. Ana Madeira has also obtained certifications such as Microsoft Office Specialist Word 2016 from Microsoft and HubSpot CMS For Marketers from HubSpot Academy.
