Delira K. currently serves as a Talent Acquisition & Organization Development professional at both Telmark Indonesia and Quiros Networks, having joined these organizations in May 2023. Telmark Indonesia focuses on providing BPO solutions across various sectors, while Quiros Networks specializes in CPaaS and SaaS for telecommunications and IT services. Prior to these roles, Delira K. was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Binar Academy, where the emphasis was on connecting potential talents with impactful opportunities. Delira K. also gained experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk and had internships in marketing communications and digital content. Delira K. holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta and completed a course at RevoU in 2022.
