Kuba Krchak has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kuba is currently serving as the Executive Director at TELMA AI since April 2021. Additionally, they are the Co-Founder of The MAMA AI since January 2021. Prior to these roles, they have held various positions at IBM, starting as a Software Engineer in January 2001. Kuba later became a Team Leader in speech recognition and hybrid conversation, and then progressed to the role of Manager at the Watson R&D Lab, where they worked on Watson AIOps, Watson Assistant Solutions, and Dialog on Edge. Their tenure at IBM lasted from January 2001 to February 2021.

Kuba Krchak completed their high school education at MG Vsetin from 1993 to 2000, where they pursued general studies. Following this, they attended Charles University between 2000 and 2006, graduating with a Master's degree in Computer Science, specializing in Artificial Intelligence.

In terms of additional certifications, Kuba obtained the "IBM Certified Developer - Watson v4" from IBM in July 2021. Prior to that, in April 2016, they achieved the "CEE Regional Technical Exchange Speaker (Level I)" certification from IBM.
