M Rizham has extensive experience in the field of human resources and learning and development. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Manager at PT. TELKOM AKSES since February 2013, M Rizham has also held roles as MGR BUSINESS PARTNER and HR Recruitment within the company. Prior to this role, M Rizham worked at Telekomunikasi Indonesia from December 2004 to January 2013, starting as staff. M Rizham holds a degree in Sistem Informasi (S.KOM) from the Institute of Business Informatics Darmajaya, completed between 2005 and 2012, and obtained education at SMK TELKOM Shandy Putra Medan from 2001 to 2004.
