Lucky H. is an experienced Account Manager at Telin (PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International) since June 2022, specializing in North Asia accounts, particularly in Japan and South Korea, as well as the Middle East and Africa. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development & Solution Architect Microsoft and Business Development & Partner Relationship Management Microsoft at PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT), where key responsibilities involved market research, customer requirement assessments, and managing relationships with partners and vendors. Earlier, Lucky contributed as a Program Facilitator for the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, supporting student leadership programs, and interned in Risk Management at PT. Pertamina (Persero). Lucky holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Brawijaya.
